Customer Service
Both our Edgehill, St Thomas and Haggatt Hall, St Michael locations are open Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
All items except steel and aluminum materials are delivered free, for purchases over $200 BBD. A flat rate of $35 applies to all orders under $200.
Steel and aluminium materials are delivered free for purchases over $500 BBD. A $65 BBD flat rate applies for orders below $500 BBD.
Orders will be delivered within an estimated 2-3 business days (Monday -Friday, except holidays) after purchase date, based on delivery location and scheduled delivery routes.
You will be contacted during the processing of your order to set an agreed delivery time.
Delivery is strictly to site ground floor and does not include manoeuvring up stairwells.
All items will be checked for damages at the time of delivery, please notify the delivery team if you notice any damages or missing items.
Ordering
- Add items to your cart
- Click the “Cart” link in the upper-right side of any page. Click “Proceed to Checkout”
- Proceed through checkout, clicking “Next” along the way to move to the next step
- Asterisks indicate required fields during checkout – be sure to fill in these required fields so that we have all the information needed to process your order
- When you reach the Order Review page, click “Submit Order” to submit your order for processing
- Once your order has been submitted, you’ll see an Order Confirmation page with your web order number and order details. An email order confirmation with your final availability, pricing, and order number will be sent to the email address associated with your user ID in the My Account area.

Yes! But you’re much better off creating an account with us. You’ll get access to special offers, better pricing and so much more!
We process orders really fast at Platinum so this can be tricky. If you can call us within 30 minutes of placing an order we can do our best to help out.
Order status
- A good place to start would be checking your “Junk” or “Spam” folders and make sure our confirmation email didn’t end up in there.
- Make sure to add us to your address book: orders@platinumimportsinc.com
- Verify that you’ve given us the right email address in the “My Account” page
- If needed, give us a call and we’ll get it all cleared up.1-246-424-2488
- Not Yet Shipped – The order is being prepared for shipment/pickup
- Backordered – The order cannot be filled because not all items are currently available
- Partial Order Filled – Parts of the order have been picked up or given to the carrier for shipping; there are still parts of the order left to fulfill
- Shipped/Picked Up – The order has been filled and picked up by the customer or given to the carrier for shipping
- Canceled – The order has been canceled by the customer
Once you have submitted your order.
After the order has been submitted, you’ll get a confirmation email from us, including an order number, shipping dates etc.
Signing in
Your email address.
- Shhh…it’s supposed to be a secret! We don’t actually know your password, but if you’ve forgotten that’s not a problem. You can just reset your password from the Account Log In page.

- Make sure you are registered on Platinum Imports. If not, go ahead and create an account.
- Make sure you’ve got the right email address and password – if you can’t remember either head over to the Account Log In page and reset your password.

My account
- Log into your Account and click on my account in the top right.
- Once there, you can manage your default address, add additional address, manage additional users (if you are an Admin User) etc.
- Log into your Account and click on my account in the top right
- Use the left navigation menu and click “Payment Methods”. From there, you can add and/or remove any payment method
- Log into your Account and click on my account in the top right
- From this page you can edit your email address and set a new password if needed
